Our INTEC segment feeder is famous for sorting your small parts carefully and with very little noise.
Low space requirement and very little requirement on substructure
The set-up of our segment feeder requires a relatively small rectangular base. Compared to other sorting equipment this allows segment feeders to be set up next to each other without too much loss of space.
Its virtually vibration-free operation ensures that an inert substructure is not necessarily needed. The sorting is done by an oscillation segment.
The parts are transported via a tilted straight conveyor section. Thus the parts move entirely through force of gravity not vibration.
Trouble-free, gentle and low-noise sorting
The sorting is done vibration-free and therefore in a gentle and quiet way. At any time and any point of the sorting line the parts are accessible. This greatly reduces the risk of disturbances.
Built to your requirements
For each application or specific manufacturing process we offer the fitting singulations or switches up to a 4-way distribution. Of course we offer custom designed solution for your specific application as well.
Optional features are for example cover hoods, level monitors, feeding controls, part nest mechanisms, etc.
